Adapting to Change: Retiring Wiki in Teams and Alterations in Normalization
As we continuously strive to improve the user experience, Microsoft is making important updates to Teams' features. Two key changes are the retirement of the Wiki feature and changes to normalization protocols. Revamping Note Taking: Transitioning from Wiki to OneNote in Teams Microsoft has announced that the Wiki feature will be phased out from Teams, with OneNote taking its place as the new collaborative tool for note-taking in Teams Channels. Our users' evolving needs inspired this shift, recognizing that OneNote provides enhanced capabilities and user experience.
