Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey for Teams Rooms on Windows At the core of any product development process lies user feedback. With this principle in mind, Microsoft is introducing a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey for Teams Rooms on Windows. This new feature will be rolled out starting from the end of June and is expected to be fully released by early August. After the completion of this release, users will occasionally be greeted with a survey at the end of meetings. These surveys, purely voluntary, will appear on the room console, asking questions about the user's experience in the room. Respondents have the f
