These updates aim to provide users with more control over their meetings, improved reporting, and better engagement with webinar registrants. Breakout Rooms Participant Shuffle: Maximizing Collaboration and Engagement Microsoft Teams is introducing a new capability for Breakout Rooms called Participant Shuffle. This feature enables meeting organizers, co-organizers, or Breakout Room managers to randomly assign participants to rooms, even after the rooms are created. This shuffling can be applied to all participants or only unassigned participants, redistributing them evenly to existing rooms. Participants can be randomly reassigned both prior to the meet
