Overview

Microsoft has been alerted to an issue where users are unable to send messages in Microsoft Teams when they are using the Firefox browser. Microsoft determined that impact was triggered by a third party update that caused inconsistencies in code. Microsoft developed a fix to remediate impact and are preparing to deploy it to all affected regions. Microsoft anticipate they will have a deployment timeline by their next scheduled update.


Workaround

As an alternate method users can use another browser, or hit enter instead of clicking the send button.
